Description: (I), the main purpose: DZM2 series of dry-type multi-chip electromagnetic clutch for the flux, however the chip is sensitive, reliable, easy to adjust the friction plate wear, no-load torque is small. Mainly used for handling, rolling, semi-automatic lathes, CNC lathes, textile and other mechanical drive system to achieve the clutch, change direction, speed, braking, positioning, etc..
(Ii) dry-type multi-chip electromagnetic clutch (brake) under the following conditions can be measured reliably:
An altitude of not more than 2000m;
2, ambient air temperature is -5 ℃ ~ +40 ℃;
3, no danger of explosion and no conductive dust enough to corrode metal and damage the insulation gas surrounding medium;
4, clutch, brake coil supply voltage fluctuations do not exceed the rated voltage of +5% and -15%;
5, the friction plate should be clean and free of grease.
(Iii), to install:
A friction plate, pre-installation check should not be greasy dirt and debris;
2, should be installed axially fixed, such as split-shaft installation shall maintain concentricity of 9;
3, the friction pad wear, adjust the air gap δ.
: Loosen the adjustment screws on the mother, turn the adjustment of the mother, in the power of the state, to δ to the specified value in the table, and then tighten the screws.
